There’s something about a setting like that that makes it easier to be real—to laugh, to share, to say the things you don’t usually say out loud.
I’m not one to stay in small talk for long, but I deeply respect the role it plays in building trust and safety. I meet you where you are, allowing space to land, get comfortable, and build that sense of trust before moving into deeper exploration at a pace that feels right for you.
